F*ck Scammers

But for real… F*ck Scammers.

In light of recent attacks on Pancake Bunny and other projects, it’s a good time to really think about security and what that means. In the end, everyone wants to take your money.

One of the best things about DEFI and crypto in general, is that you are responsible for your funds. How and what you invest in, where you keep your funds, and what you want to do with them, is entirely up to you. You should be able to do what you please with your hard earned funds.

However, this environment creates a breeding ground for the worst of human garbage, the scammers. Some scams can be simple, and some, as with the Pancake Bunny attack, are quite complex. Others scams like rug pulls are simply just orchestrated by walking human excrement, the lowest common denominator of all mankind.

The simplified version (and my simple mind’s understanding) of the Pancake Bunny attack, is that the hacker exploited how Bunny tokens were minted, by using a flash loan to wrap a large amount of WBNB (and then did some hacker magic) causing a mass minting of Bunny Tokens which were then dumped immediately. This same attack took place a short while after on another project that had forked Bunny.

While all $CRUSH will be minted at TGE, and no more can be minted ever, we are not suceptible to this specific attack. However, there are always precautions that need to be in place, and we will continue to work hard on protecting, auditing, and implementing security measures wherever, and however possible, by all mean necessary.

Here’s some things you yourself can do to stay protected.

Anyhow, these are just a few suggestions, but we’d love to hear from you. Hop in our Telegram and let us know what other security precautions you take.

Stay safe and …
